All workmanship and materials on your new home are fully covered for an entire year. Many of the components installed in your Newrock Home are also covered by individual manufacturers’ warranties. Additionally, Newrock Homes purchases a 5-year, limited warranty through the Residential Warranty Corporation (RWC) to cover your home from the second year through the sixth. This is provided at no cost to you.
